Before you submit I state in good faith that the information in this report is true and accurate, and, if I'm reporting an image of a person, that I am that person or am authorized to act on their behalf. I understand that reports are logged with the time and a scrambled (hashed) record of my connection, and that knowingly false or abusive reports may be refused and may have legal consequences.
